Warm Up 1. Follow the leader Front player runs/hops/jumps/skips/sideslips anywhere in goal third. Partner follows and copies movement. On "change", partner becomes front player. 2. Pairs - with a ball Player "A" faces away from Player "B". Player "B" bounces the ball behind Player "A". When Player "A" hears the ball, turns and catches the ball before it bounces a second time. 3. Strike Players stand about 2 - 3 metres apart. Player "A" bounce passes the ball to try and hit the feet of Player "B". Player "B" catches the ball and passes back. 4. Relay using lines - With a ball Team is spaced evenly
over a third.
