Career Route to present: All sorts of different roles at Glamorgan Cricket, including CEO from 1995 to 2008
Most enjoyable part of the job: Trying to make a positive difference. Also interested in how we can help improve elite athletes.

If you had one wish for Welsh Netball, what would it be: Our own facilities.

Home town: Keighley originally, now Pontypridd
Hobbies and interests: Football (watch most Arsenal home games), Music, Reading, Golf, studying for an MSc as well.
Any pets: One cat, Rocky (named after ex-Gooner David Rocastle); do daughters count?! - if so, Seanna (18) and Hannah (16)
Nickname: Haven't got one really
Favourite Food: All sorts. Can't beat a good pie and chips though!
Favourite Music: Smiths, Killing Joke, Elvis Costello, Squeeze, Wedding Present, The The, Saint Etienne; of more modern stuff, Phoenix, Delphic, Super Furry Animals, Lucky Soul. Love Sinatra and classical as well.

What three things would you take with you on a desert island: Short wave radio (for football), permanently charged i-Pod/phones, complete works of HG Wells.
